Shrink Wrapping
If you are looking for versatile shrink wrapping, DMS Packaging is your solution!
The shrink-wrap process involves placing the product inside a heat-sensitive poly bag or wrapping the product with a heat-sensitive film and creating a tight seal. Shrink wrap is made from three durable plastics: PVC, polyolefin, or polyethylene, and its thickness is measured in gauge. Higher numbers mean thicker wrap. A conveyor system then moves the product through a heat tunnel to shrink the film or bag to conform to the product. This creates a tamper-evident protective covering ideal for technology, electronics, games, and paper products.

About Shrink Wrapping
The shrink-wrap process involves placing the product inside a heat-sensitive poly bag or wrapping the product with a heat-sensitive film. A conveyor system then moves the product through a heat tunnel to shrink the film or bag to conform to the product. Shrink wrapping is a prevalent form of packaging and can protect many different types of products. It fits tightly around items like; booklets, gadgets, printed items, tools, parts, bottles, labels, air fresheners, animal toys, batteries, beauty supplies, frozen items, kits, frames, calendars, auto parts, etc. As you can see, shrink wrap is very commonly used for packaging. It is a great, relatively inexpensive way of protecting the product, especially during transportation. Additionally, it prevents tampering and lid removal; it protects the product from moisture and dust. Finally, it remains transparent during the shrinking process, making it perfect for many products.
